Social media personality Saida Boj has generated mixed reactions online after responding to a viral video shared by Blessing CEO.

The discussion began after Blessing CEO posted an emotional clip in which she disclosed that she is dealing with a “stage 4” condition. In the video, she appeared visibly distressed, stating that her “days are numbered” and asking for prayers as she navigates what she described as a difficult period. Her remarks led many viewers to speculate that she was referring to cancer, although no specific diagnosis was publicly confirmed.

Reacting to the situation, Saida Boj questioned the assumptions being made online, arguing that people were drawing conclusions without verified information.

“Blessing came out to say she’s in stage 4, you all concluded it’s cancer. Stage 4 can be anything, it could be stage 4 of madness. Una dey pity am say na cancer. Who told you all it’s cancer?

As she has entered stage 4 now, it’s very, very risky. Instead of you people to catch her and tie her rope, person wey una suppose tie rope before she enter stage 5.”

Her comments quickly sparked backlash, with many users criticising the tone of her response and describing it as insensitive, particularly given the seriousness often associated with stage-based illnesses.

At the same time, some individuals defended her position, noting that she was highlighting the lack of clarity in the original statement and cautioning against making assumptions without confirmed medical details.

One user wrote, “Even if she’s lying, you don’t mock something this serious,” while another commented, “But honestly, she has a point… people concluded too fast without proof.”

The conversation continues to trend online, reflecting divided opinions over both the initial claim and the reaction it generated.
